** IN-STORE RETURNS
Starting August 1st, 2022
14 days to return items purchased. Items must be in original condition, unwashed, unworn with tags attached.
If you are within the 14 day period you may only exchange or receive store credit.
Text, Email or Paper Receipt must be present.
All Accessories are FINAL SALE
ALL INTIMATES such a BRAMIS, Sticky boobs & bralettes are FINAL SALE
TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED NO EXCEPTIONS
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and must have the original tags still intact. Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, cigarette smoke, pet hair or any other stains/elements.
ANY purchase made NOVEMBER 26th-DECEMBER 24th must be returned by JAN. 8th. NO EXCEPTIONS.
ACCESSORIES ARE FINAL SALE ( Purses, jewelry, wallets, socks, hats etc.)
Receipt or Gift Receipt MUST be present.

You have 14 days from receiving the item to get it back to us in original condition with tags attached.
The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of all returned items.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and must have the original tags still intact. Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, cigarette smoke, pet hair or any other stains/elements. If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted, the items will be returned to you and will be subject to additional shipping costs.
Shoes must be returned with their original box inside another box to protect from damage. Please don't place the shipping label directly on shoe box or tape shut.
We recommend keeping your tracking number for your return. This will ensure you are able to see when your package is received since we do not notify when returns arrive to our warehouse. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
You will be eligible to exchange or receive store credit
Please allow 5-10 business days for processing once received at our store.
Once processed, you will receive an email containing your return.
Due to our high volume, we do not notify customers when we receive their return package at our store. This is why we recommend hanging onto your return tracking number so you know when it has arrived.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items do not meet the Policy above.
