Blume Return Policy

 

BLUME RETURN POLICY EFFECTIVE JULY 2022, updated AUGUST 2024:

IN STORE RETURNS:

Items in ORIGINAL, UNWASHED, UNSTAINED, WITH ORIGINAL TAGS attached may be exchanged for another item OR STORE CREDIT on a gift card. We cannot offer a refund to your credit card or as cash at this time. You must have the receipt, order number, 

Due to our high turn rate of items, we must abide to this 14 day policy and exceptions can no longer be made.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED: clearance items, gift cards, accessories (hats/scarves), jewelry, intimates (bramis, nipple covers, etc)

ONLINE RETURNS:

You have 14 days from the ARRIVAL of your item (will be verified through tracking) to ship back to The Blume Boutique at YOUR cost. To start a return for an ONLINE purchase, you must call or text us at 469-940-8550 or email at blml596@sbcglobal.net so we can be expecting your return and process it effectively. Our return mailing address is 311 1/2 South Rogers Street, Waxahachie, Texas 75165.

FACEBOOK/INSTAGRAM PURCHASES:

This is the ONLY exception to the 14 day rule. Please read carefully. Facebook and Instagram require business owners to have a 30 day exchange/return policy to post items. This is the ONLY time we extend the 14 day policy. We can verify that the item was purchased through the Facebook or Instagram app. All conditions apply: unwashed, unworn, original tags, original condition, no clearance items, no intimates, no accessories of any kind. You will receive store credit on a gift card or exchange for new items. Since this policy is extended, we cannot guarantee that the desired item will still be in stock as our inventory moves quickly. As stated in the previous section, return shipping is at the customer's expense.

DAMAGES:

Please inspect all items before purchase (in store) for any suspected damage or flaws that are not up to standard and alert a staff member. If your item is shipped and it arrives damaged, please send us a picture upon arrival. 

CHRISTMAS RETURNS:

Anything purchased from November 28- December 25, will be accepted for a return until January 8th. We will need original, text, or gift receipt to process. No exceptions to this policy.

TO CONCLUDE...

You have 14 days to start a return or exchange. Clearance items cannot be returned. Before purchasing a clearance item, we recommend inspecting, trying on, and making sure you are confident with that purchase.
